Pick-up and delivery

Yukon's Premier Cannabis Experience is the only retailer in the territory offering in-store or CURBSIDE pickup, weekday home delivery within Whitehorse, and shipping throughout the Yukon.

All payments are processed online at the time of ordering.

Please note: weekend and statutory holiday deliveries are currently unavailable. All delivery orders must be placed by 3 PM for same-day service, subject to driver availability.

**Buyer accepts all responsibility and liability for Canada Post delays for shipments to any Yukon community.

In-store OR CURBSIDE pickup

  • Place your online orders for in-store pick-up here, available daily during our store hours.

  • In-store pick-up orders must be collected by the person who placed the order or a designated individual. Both must be 19 or older. Please notify us in advance if someone else will pick up your order.

  • Valid ID is required. The name on the ID must match either the name on the credit card used for the order or the designated pick-up person. We cannot release orders to anyone who is not authorized.

Delivery

  • Step 1: Place your order here. Recipients must be 19+ and provide a signature upon delivery.

    Step 2: Confirm your home address and delivery time with our team. We will notify you when your order has been packed.

    Step 3: Take a deep breath, sit back and relax.

    Step 4: Receive your order.

    Our delivery driver is not permitted to enter any premises.

    If your residence is a multi-unit home, you must greet the delivery driver at the main entrance.

    Order must be received and signed for by the purchaser or other designated individual. Packages will not be left unattended.

    Valid Government-issued photo ID and customer signature must be provided at time of delivery.

  • All orders require a minimum of $100.

    In-town deliveries include a $10 fee, while orders outside this area have a $20 charge.

    Orders beyond these zones must use shipping services.

Shipping

  • If your rural address is not being recognized by the address finder, or if you wish to have your package delivered to a Post Office Box, please contact us directly.

  • Shipping fees start at $30, with higher fees applicable to heavier items like beverages.
