HOW TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY

  • Triple J’s only delivers to residential addresses and PO Boxes

  • All payments are processed online at the time of ordering

  • No payments will be collected by our delivery driver

Confirm home address and delivery time with our team

  • We will notify you when your order has been packed

Step 3

Take a deep breath, sit back and relax

Step 4

Receive your order

  • Our delivery driver is not permitted to enter any premises

  • If residence is a multi-unit home, you must greet the delivery driver at the main entrance

  • Order must be received and signed for by the purchaser or other designated individual, packages will not be left unattended

  • Valid Government-Issued photo ID and customer signature must be provided at time of delivery

Yukon's Premier Cannabis Experience provides home delivery and shipping across the Yukon. We offer weekday delivery within Whitehorse and weekly delivery to select communities.

Please note: weekend and statutory holiday deliveries are currently unavailable.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

Place your online orders for in-store pick-up, available daily during our store hours.

In-store pick-up orders must be collected by the 19+ adult who originally placed the order. If you need someone else to pick up your order, please call the shop to notify us of the designated individual. All parties must be 19+ and provide valid ID. Triple J's Canna Space will not release any order to anyone other than the approved person. The name on the ID must match either the order name or the designated pick-up person.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND FEES:

We are equipped with our own postage machine and can ship to your Post Office box anywhere in the Yukon. Recipients must be 19+ and provide a signature upon delivery. Shipping fees start at $30, with higher fees applicable to heavier items like beverages.

For same-day delivery in Whitehorse, place your order before 1:00PM. A delivery time will be confirmed with you. Deliveries to communities will occur once per week.

If an order is placed outside of these delivery times, we will contact you for a delivery time the following day.

Zone 1: Downtown and City Residential (Riverdale, Industrial Area, Porter Creek, Whistlebend, Crestview, Hillcrest, Granger, Logan, Copper Ridge, Lobird): $10 delivery fee, minimum order $75

Zone 2: City Residential (Porter Creek, Whistlebend, Crestview, Hillcrest, Granger, Logan, Copper Ridge, Lobird): $10 delivery fee, minimum order $75

Zone 3: Country Residential North and South (MacPherson, Hidden Valley, Takhini River Road, Wolf Creek, Mary Lake, Pine Ridge, Spruce Hill, Mount Sima, Carcross Cutoff): $20 delivery fee, minimum order $100

Zone 4: Country Residential South (Wolf Creek, Mary Lake, Pine Ridge, Spruce Hill, Mount Sima, Carcross Cutoff): $20 delivery fee, minimum order $75

NOTE: If your rural address is not being recognized by the address finder, or if you wish to have your package delivered to a Post Office Box, please contact us directly.

Delivery fees will not be refunded if:

  • the customer does not confirm the order with the customer service rep;

  • the customer is impaired at the time of delivery;

  • the customer is unable to provide a valid government issued photo id at the time of delivery; and

  • the customer no-shows.
